Com o objetivo de simplificar e otimizar os processos, a ZF Aftermarket centraliza atendimento ao cliente de suas marcas. A partir de agora o atendimento telefônico às marcas ZF, LEMFÖRDER, SACHS, TRW e WABCO é unificado por meio do 0800 011-1100. Em relação ao atendimento digital, o canal exclusivo é via e-mail clientes.sa@zf.com.

Dessa forma, todas as demandas, dúvidas e solicitações relacionadas as suas marcas, produtos e serviços no Brasil devem ser direcionadas para o 0800 da empresa, ou para o novo endereço de e-mail.

Segundo a empresa, os contatos no meio digital serão unificados no novo endereço de e-mail com validade para toda a América do Sul. Até dia 30 de novembro, os e-mails encaminhados para canais de comunicação anteriores serão encaminhados automaticamente para o novo e-mail serão encaminhados para o novo endereço de forma automática. Após este prazo, haverá uma resposta automática indicando o novo e-mail de atendimento regional.
