O evento, que acontece dia 29 de janeiro, terá a apresentação das novas regras para o ressarcimento de ICMS-ST (Portaria CAT 42/2018) e PIS/COFINS para optantes do Simples, com recuperação de crédito de forma administrativa e rápida e devolução em dinheiro para o varejo diretamente em conta corrente.
O “Café Tributário – Recuperação Tributária: Como ganhar com isso?” terá lugar na sede do Sincopeças-SP e contará com palestras do diretor da Arte Fiscal Consultoria Tributária, Anderson Souza, e do advogado Renato Paladino, sócio responsável pela área tributária do escritório RDG Sociedade de Advogados, que atende as demandas da entidade há mais de 13 anos.
