A Associação Nacional de Fabricantes de Veículos Automotivos, ANFAVEA, e a REED Alcântara Machado divulgaram na sexta-feira a seguinte nota comunicando que a edição 2020 do Salão do Automóvel de São Paulo será adiada para 2021.
Luiz Carlos Moraes, Presidente da ANFAVEA, destaca: “O Salão do Automóvel é um evento que precisa evoluir e refletir o momento de disrupção tecnológica que nosa indústria está vivendo. Em conjunto com a REED, tomamos a decisão de adiar a edição do Salão de 2020 para reduzir custos e termos tempo de avaliar novos formatos. A revisão do Salão não é um movimento local, está acontecendo em todos os países do mundo e pelos mesmos motivos”.
Cláudio Della Nina, Presidente da REED Alcântara Machado, declara: “A REED possui o grande desafio de propor um novo Salão do Automóvel alinhado com as expectativas do público visitante e com a nova realidade das montadoras. Estamos focados na solução deste desafio e comprometidos com a entrega da melhor edição do Salão do Automóvel em 2021.”
