A produção dos itens será feira na ex-fábrica da Sabó, no bairro da Lapa (SP), que foi adquirida pela Reflex &Allen recentemente. Para isso, investiu seis milhões de dólares em dois anos e reorganizou a antiga fábrica de mangueiras, com 8 mil metros quadrados. A planta emprega 160 funcionários (a maioria oriunda da Sabó) e trabalha com oito extrusoras, 16 autoclaves (vulcanizadoras), cinco injetoras e 30 células de montagem.
