As empresas desenvolvem e comercializam tecnologia de pistão e anéis de pistão respectivamente, consolidando uma aliança mundial. Os objetivos principais dessa parceria são de ajudar os clientes a reduzir as emissões de CO2 e melhorar a durabilidade de seus motores, bem como reduzir custos.
