O “FPT Atende” é o novo canal de atendimento ao cliente da fabricante de motores FPT Industrial. O atendimento será feito por meio do número 0800 378 0000, com ligações gratuitas, e vai integrar áreas para agilizar ainda mais o tempo de respostas e ampliar a proximidade entre a fábrica e os clientes finais.
O “FPT Atende” estreia com rigoroso controle dos processos, e será um importante canal de solicitações de assistência e suporte na área de pós-venda. “Os clientes poderão esclarecer dúvidas a respeito do nosso portfólio, funcionamento técnico dos motores, etc”, explica Luiz Fernando Canuto, Gerente da área de Customer Care.
A equipe de Product Support, responsável pelo atendimento, é formada por cinco engenheiros e quatro técnicos, que estão sediados nas cidades de Sete Lagoas (MG), Contagem (MG), Piracicaba (SP), Curitiba (PR) e Buenos Aires, na Argentina.
