Promovido pela Texaco, o Programa Oficinas do Futuro capacita 900 profissionais em suas edições presenciais de 2019. Ao longo do ano, foram seis edições, nas cidades de Curitiba, Belo Horizonte, Goiânia, Fortaleza, São Paulo e Campinas. Todos os encontros tiveram inscrições esgotadas e salas lotadas de pessoas interessadas em se capacitar para um futuro melhor.
O curso teve aulas voltadas para donos de oficina e também para reparadores mecânicos, com aulas focadas em informações técnicas sobre lubrificantes e nas habilidades para o profissional do futuro. O objetivo do programa é auxiliar os parceiros da empresa a incrementar suas vendas, por meio de capacitação e formação profissional.

Neste ano, também houve o lançamento das Videoaulas Texaco, um canal gratuito de capacitação à distância voltado para estudantes e profissionais da área automotiva. O primeiro curso é sobre Lubrificantes e Lubrificação, e é dividido em quatro aulas. As Videoaulas se juntam ao Blog Texaco, que já é uma plataforma rica em conteúdo para os profissionais do ramo automotivo.
