A ação, realizada em Mogi Guaçu (SP) em parceria com a Autopeças Lauto, foi voltada ao público feminino. O treinamento tratou de temas como manutenção, segurança e dicas para o dia a dia, além de abordar em detalhes o sistema de suspensão, os produtos Monroe e Monroe Axios, diagnóstico e novas tecnologias.
A ação objetiva conferir mais independência para as mulheres, oferecendo dicas práticas e informações relevantes sobre o veículo. Esse público, atualmente, representa 40% das compras de veículos zero-quilômetro e 46% dos clientes nas oficinas mecânicas.
“Além de orientações sobre situações rotineiras, oferecemos no treinamento informações técnicas sobre nossa área de expertise, os amortecedores, componentes fundamentais para a segurança de quem está a bordo. Nosso foco é que o cliente conheça o veículo a fundo e tenha domínio sobre questões técnicas”, afirma Juliano Caretta, Supervisor de Treinamento Técnico da DRiV.
